How Baianat works

When Baianat started back in 2009, we had a mission of changing how people think and perceive the world. The world was not good enough and we wanted to make it better. In order to do this, we tried different ways and theories. We experienced the traditional MBA styles that indicate certain HR systems, ways of production, methodologies for approaching the market and other ways of dealing with the clients. We heard a lot of experiences and read tons of books. However, we always ran our business differently. And through the years we created our own ways of doing things that best suits our culture and personality.
