On jan 1st 2018, our first social media post was published with the new identity. We knew that we still had work to be done behind stage but we almost hit our target when we read the comments welcoming a more mature identity. This boasted the internal morale a lot as after being silent for more than 2 years, you came back to find your place untaken. And for the next few months before the launch we were busy adding on the last details. The branding team worked on a “mark as done” approach to get all of our clients works refined for publishing. The team working on content and strategies was making sure everything is in place and social media will be running smoothly with no stops. Developers were getting more Apps and websites online and ensuring their code is bugfree. While Ux team was looking throughly at each function and button for better usability and interaction experience. In a nutshell, for 6 months we were making sure everything is authentic. We reopened many orders and started it over and changed many of the brand identities we have been working on. We were selective about everything and our founder was directing everything to make sure the quality suited our brand.
