Elicit and analyze stakeholder requirements.
Offer consultation and provide vision and direction to stakeholders.
Develop business requirements documents (BRD).
Develop Software requirement specification document (SRS).
Create Flowcharts (BPMN).
Create technical diagrams (UML).
Create Wireframes and Prototypes (Figma/AdobeXD)
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
Backlog management and sprint planning (Jira).
Define functional and non-functional requirements.
Conduct competitive analysis (SWOT).
Collaborate with the UX team to ensure output aligns with business requirements.
Lead multiple scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.

Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.
Prior experience as a business analyst/product owner in a software development environment.
Excellent knowledge of SDLC within an Agile Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent business and technical documentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent research and computer skills.
Experience with a project management tool Jira is a plus.
Experience with Adobe XD or Figma is a plus.
Software development background is a plus.
UX Knowledge is a plus.
